The 2026 edition of the Head Hi Lamp Show will take place on May 8-9 at the legendary Boom Boom Room at the top of The Standard High Line. Stay tuned for more info and RSVP.

Since its inception in 2019, the Head Hi Lamp Show has become a global platform for collective imagination, participation, and experimentation with light, design, and materials. Now occurring biennially (every two years), the exhibition celebrates the joy of light with a special presentation of unique lamps selected through an international open call.

This year Stephen Markos, founder of New York Design gallery Superhouse, joined as an exciting curatorial collaborator and exhibitor! We are thrilled to have Stephen apply his dedication to design and fine craft as well as knowledge in contemporary and historical design to the selection process.
 

We look forward to continuing to celebrate our universal relationship to light, design and creative expression. These objects have the ability to change our spatial understanding, to tone our immediate atmosphere.​
