AERO LAMP, 2025

Powder-coated steel frame in red, printed elastic mesh fabric, hand tie-dyed fabric, eyelets, e27 bulb fittings

15 x 15 x 15 inches

Inspired by kites, Aero Lamp captures the delicate tension between air and ground — between drifting and dwelling. A striking, delicate red metal frame forms its geometric skeleton, tapering into a central pinnacle that cradles the bulb. Over this frame stretches a fabric skin printed with clouds, recreating the feeling of being suspended beneath the vast sky. The canopy — tethered to four corners like a tent or kite — diffuses light in soft, shifting tones, evoking both the warmth of a shelter and the wonder of flight. On the peak, a handle allows the lamp to travel — to be carried, hung, or placed — transforming effortlessly from table lamp to lantern. With its interchangeable fabric skins, from airy prints to hand tie-dyed textiles, Aero Lamp continually reinvents itself as a surreal yet imaginative vessel of light, movement, and memory.
