Kyle Daniels is a self taught ceramic artist based in Oakland CA. He draws on additive & subtractive proccesses to develop complex surfaces that encourage viewers to interact with every day objects in unexpected ways. Kyle's work plays with clays inherently functional properties, and explores what makes a ceramic object go from a functional object to a sculptural one.
