I fashioned this lamp from an old lamp base, found objects, and mosaic pieces. The lamp shade is made of gel filters woven together with wire. The lamp shade can spin on its axis, and casts changing colors as it does. I designed this motion element as well as the "I Spy" style of the lamp base with the goal of a lighthearted and interactive piece interesting to all ages.
